Instructions for use:

• Enter your email address
• Enter a Certificate Number and Security Code on the same row
  • Certificate Number from the third line of each page e.g. 6-12345678-W0
  • Security code from the bottom left section of the Certificate e.g. 521QV
• More rows can be added by clicking on the add more certificates button
• Click on the Verify button and we will email you a copy of the Certificate in PDF format
